#CCA-17005-16 will i have a clearance problem with the stock valve covers?
I'm going with 7/16 stud bolts

Depends if the adjusting nuts are tall or normal sized. You will most likely have to modify the cross braces on the inside of the stock valve covers for them to properly clear. If the adjusting nuts are tall, it will work, but will make contact with the tops of the valve covers and may contribute to false knock if you are still running a knock sensor.
