I got a LE2 cam and heads 355 that kind of stumbles when coming to a stop and shortly right after not badly just enough to notice. No codes has been tuned. no egr no air no evap system. have put new plugs and wires on so far no change

mail order tune ran great for the last two months I had it out last year had it out first time this year now this and yes aftermarket 58mm tb

Did you store it for winter? If so did you stabilize the gas? Maybe get some fresh fuel in it. If it ran good before you parked it and you didn't make any changes over the winter bad gas would be my first suspect.

Likely due to the NON OEM design of the idle air circuit in your 58mm TB or maybe a vacumm leak. Mine did the same thing prior to restoring the GM intended idle air circuit in my 58mm TB:
