Bilstein shocks installation help I have bilstein shocks and strano springs for my car. I am stuck right now because my directions are in german and i don't know how to install the silver washer cap thing. See picture

I got a response in the suspension section and was told it is a dust cap? I think that sounds more correct than an upper spring mount. Why would there be an upper spring mount?

I don't see how the upper mount rests against it? It mounts to the top of the shock tube then the shaft goes up and the upper mount is attached there. I am sorry, pictures are better than a description.
