Default trouble shooting advice.

Ok I'm goin to check out a 95 bird. Had a head gasket recently done. Being told it runs great at warm up. But once it warms up. It goes to ****. Exhaust is the only thing after market. Says no tune done. Any sugjestions? I know this isn't much. But ideas would be helpful.. thanks.

If it runs rough once it gets to operating temp, in most cases its the coolant temp sensor in the water pump or the icm is getting too hot. Both are relatively easy fixes. Beyond that, it could be a variety of things...

once it warms up, goes into closed loop? O2 sensors might have gotten messed up burning antifreeze/corrosion? ses light? all the harnesses and such pluged in after the swap? broken sensor? melted harness?

I asked the same thing. No warning lights. Down side to OBDI. But these are helpful thoughts. Some I've thought of. Just wanted confirmation.
