Default Fuel pump problems HELP!

Alright a little back history, last thing I did to the car is put on new modified fuel rails, aromotive reg and then lost the fuel pump. Almost two years latter (this weekend) I put in a new pump and nothing! I swapped out the fuel pump relay with the one from my z28 and nothing. ( I know that one is good)
I know the pump is good because I checked it off the battery and also cheched the old one as well and it was good. So were do I start? Can the sending unit wire harness go bad? I'm lost! This car has been nothing but a pain in the *** since the 383 rebuild mind you the car only has 30,000 miles and it's a 97 ws6 Formula.

Have you checked the wiring for voltage at the relay? Any security light/VATS issues?

I don't think it's VATS because I'm pretty sure I had them programed out ( it's been a while since the tune) I did put a test light on the plug were the pump harness plugs into the chassis and had a low signal but had some power but, the light was dim. I'm going to chech it with the fluke after work to see what the volts are at.

By the way I dig you car! I'm just making another effort to get this car going again because it's not doing me any good sitting in the garage collecting dust!

Is the fuel pump circuit stock or did you change it? Did you cut the floor? If you did, just get a test lamp and print out the diagram from shbox.com and start checking.

Yep, I cut the trunk for the pump, I checked the sending unit harness and fuel pump wires and that is all good. I think I'm loosing current at the plug in the floor, but I have to check at the relay still but, I did try my relay out of my z and still same thing.

O and yes fuel pump is still wired stock but I also have an inline pump with it's own relay. I was thinking of just running the in tank off of that relay if I don't get this traced down.
