Default Purchasing a modded z28

I'm looking at buying a 95 z28 here is the mod list
engin. 10k since rebuild. lt1 decked new stock crank new stock rods. clevte bearings. srp light 30 over pistons. heads. le2. ferrea 200/1.56 valeves comp cam retainers and locks comp bee hive springs 205 cc intake port. milling cleaning. assembly. done by elliotts port works. flow rate 270/190 comp cam 1.6 full rollor rocker. comp cam custom grind camshaft. duration 230/236 lift 603/608 .lobe separation 108. long tube headers borla full exhaust. mallory hifi ignition. 36lb injectors 58mm throttle body mass air. ss intake. transmission 6speed. bnm short shifter. centerforce clutch. computer tunning. bmr K member. panhard bar. rear control arms. subframe conectors. strut tower bar. blistin shocks and 1.5 lowering springs
My question is with all of this how streetable will the car really be? The owner said its not bad on the street but then again he is trying to sell it.

possibly not bad for streetability, I got a 01 with 590 lift 1.95 rockers, and lots of goodies, 315 rear tires and 410 gears, runs low 13's with a poor launch or if you could launch 12's, and as long as I'm not in a traffic jam of sorts, and i can stay out of 1st or 2nd its easily streetable.
