Default Efi 24x question with my swap

I have a 2002 v6 going to put the lt1 out of my 93' in there as im not driving it anytime soon my question is going to do the harness my self, do i have to have a lt1 harness or can i use the v6 one thats there now, i understand ill need the fuel inj. harness but the rest can it come from the v6?

The way I see it, you have two projects here;

a) V8 swap into a V6 car
b) Conversion of the LT V8 ignition, computer, harness, etc... to LS

That gets very complicated, very quickly.

I don't know anything about the 93 engine, but I think you're asking for trouble trying to go that route.
Why not just pick the parts you need from awrecked LS car and put them in?
In the end, it will probably be less work and provide fewer headaches.

Hell, with the money you save on heart medication and therapy, you could buy a really nice LSx engine and tubular Kmember

I would swap a 4.8/5.3 in before I would an lt1. But seriously if I were you I would look into a budget 6.0 lq4 swap before you look into swapping an lt1 in.
