Is there an oil change sticker in the window? If so just continue with that oil. If not, there are many high mileage oils out there any of them work well. I'd be just as concerned with the cooling system since hot weather is just around the corner. Drain and flush, new thermostat and an aftermarket tune to bring the fans on at about 190 degrees.

Right now I'm using Penzoil 5w-30 Ultra. When it was stock Redline 5w-30.
But since you're stock with high mileage save your pennies and put in a decent conventional dino grade. Just change it every 3000 miles.

Any modern coolant
In the summer here in Texas it gets hot. On my LT1 the first cooling fan came on at 228 degrees. Secondary at 238 degrees which is great for emissions but kills performance (and just plain bothers me seeing the water temp at 240) especially if your still running the coolant lines to your throttle body. To fix this you can bypass the TB and your ECM can be reprogrammed to bring the fans on much sooner.
I've got a 160 degree T/S and my tune brings the fans on at 190 degrees. So even when it is 100+ outside my coolant temp while cruising at 65mph stays about 185. In bumper traffic 195 to 200. Cooler is better in most cases.

The problem with high mileage oil is they have additives that cause the seals to swell to prevent leaking. If you run it all the time there have been cases of the seals failing from the additives.
