air pump relay under hood exactly what air pump is this? ... and do i need it?

what i am thinking about doing is using that port for my relay that i need in my nitrous kit.
just go under the relay block and cut the wires THEN wire up the nitrous stuff that way i dont have a random relay some place in the motor bay ... i am kinda going for the "stealth" install.
