I have not started the car and won't be able to start work on the car for about a week or two. I had to have surgry Friday and am pretty my bed bound for a while.

Dude just re torque them it should be just fine with those felpro gaskets. Those are the ones with the raised silicone beads right? They should be fine as long as you leave some pressure on them. You could even just back them all down to around 45 and then 2 stage it up to 75 from there and you should still get a perfect torque yield. As long as you don't have to remove the head to like swap them around it should be just fine. I often just back off a bolt and remove it after the first pass and re oil it if I feel the bolt is binding and not torquing right

Ok so I'm going to losen the Bolts then retorque them. Can I leave the intake on or does it need to come off?
