7730 run a LT1?

I purchased a complete LT1 supercharger kit. It came with a preprogramed ECU for the supercharger and larger injectors. When I opened he boxes I noticed right away that the ECU was very different. Research says it is SD and came from a 92 Camaro and that they were extensively used in the LTCC conversions. The question? Will this ECU work with the opti and what do I need to do to get it to work with my LT1?

Install and tune for your ECU and drop that piece o crap on ebay for $50

So it will not work? The custom harness that cam with the supercharger and the ECU is pin'ed for this ECU. Anyway of working this set up?

That I don't know. Gonna have to do some reading on your end. Who made the supercharger kit? Call them up and find out.

What car you trying to put it all in? More info needed on your end.

Im running a stock 92Z setup in my vert. but Im also running custom code for boost also. Drilled intake and MSD Pro Billet distributor. works out for me but not worth the swap if your running a lt1 setup anyways.

why not just put the SC setup on what you have and get your current setup tuned for it.
