Question about o2 simulators
I had a similar dilemma...I'm glad I decided to go with Ion. BTW - in NJ, we use a similar Motor Vehicle inspection process as you. The computer appears stock to the state's equipment, does not throw a code, and does not illuminate the check engine light. However, putting an O2 sim may cause you to fail upon a visual inspection.
Also - you better make sure the headers have a CARB EO number on them. In NJ, the visual inspection requires headers to be labeled as such.

May save you some welding and I'm genuinely curious to know if anyone is using them!
