Well i am stuck between these two cams now....
The .520" lift, 226 duration, Expect 450hp on a 350 cid and 470hp on a 383 cid. 112deg. lobe separation. from TPIS, Inc
or the 228/236 .574/.571 110 LSa cam Loyld elliot cam
Guy from TPIS said that loylds cam was way to big and would not work for my car, so now I am stuck on which cam I want if loyld cam wont work

I think those HP number are pretty unrealistic with either cam. With your converter and gears, Lloyd’s cam would work great (converter might be slightly tight). As far as being excessively big I have to say that’s just one vender trying to get your business. I don’t daily drive mine but could any day if I needed. The AC, brakes, and everything still work perfect; it just goes potato potato and pulls like a freight train. When it comes to LT1s I would listen to what Lloyd recommends based on what you want out of the car.

Alright cool that works for me but I never mentioned the name of loyld I just said the duration and lobe to the guy from TPIS and he said the lift is way to big for stock heads. I mean I am new to cams and I have done research but just need that extra bump to push me over to get the cam now
