Default Dyno tune in NJ

does anyone dyno tune lt1's in new jersey?
picked up a pro charged 355 and i want to make sure the tune in it is right. think it is running rich. when i check the tips of the exhaust they are very black and it smells like unburnt fuel when it is on sometimes. it also sputters fuel out when its cold. any suggestions fellas. i really want to get it right because it is a very clean car.

Where in NJ? Not exact, just a north south sort of thing so people can consider recommending stuff in neighboring states.

If you want to make the trek down to Glen Burnie, MD there is a LT1 tuner there who uses a Mustang dyno. I can PM you the info if you'd like.

I just hook up with Bryan from pcm4less. He will drive all the way to this place in PA just over the river from Trenton. He's really cool about the whole thing and obviously knows his stuff. I have to set something up with him in the future actually.

Agreed. He did the same thing for me. The shop is JD's Performance in Willow Grove, but he also travels to West Chester and surrounding areas.
