When I sold my 97 last fall there were dealers selling lt1s for thousands more than mine with close to 2x the miles. Sold my 97 with 65k for $6500. Probably could have got another $1000 for it but the people that were going to pay that price were getting way to picky for me. Wanted me to install the AC (pita) and fix the ABS. (ls1 12 bolt) I was just happy it sold so fast, only took a month.

That's b/c Canadian money is valued less than the American dollar, despite the fact that for about 2 years now, the exchange rate has the American dollar worth less than a Canadian dollar. Makes about as much sense as Obama's policies.

I sent an email to the seller asking why it was being advertised as an SS, and this was their response.
"It's not that is a sub title it is used to draw in ebay shoppers to a item. A seller uses this line to draw in people looking for similar items. such as an SS camaro or the camaro police interceptor as this one is."
I obviously have weak EBay skills.
What was the code for police interceptors? I don't even see that "fact" mentioned anywhere in their ad. And weren't the police cars six speeds? I know the dealer where I bought mine had one of those on their lot. They let me drive it, and it was a six speed. Were they called b4c, or something like that?
