i have a 95 impala. it wont start. turn the key fuel pump comes on fuel pressure between 40-45 once the pupms shuts off (key in on accessory position0 the pressure drops fast. i dropped the tank, pulled the sending unit to find the return line with the spring around it is broken... could this cause a no start? if not can you point me in the right direction?
