Does it matter which way I bolt it in? Which side does the spring go on? And which bolts do I use? I picked up some one inch allen head bolts but they protrude the surface that meets the filter gasket and I knew that wasnt good. Do I just get regular 6 point bolts?

Not a fram basically anything but fram.

When I ran that adapter I just looked up say an 80s big block truck figuring that was likely to give me a long filter.

Did somebody say Fram??

Mobil One Extended, Wix, Car Quest, K&N, Cummins are all good.

Stay away from Fram, STP, Penzoil, store brands and Fram.

The more expensive Bosch filters are OK too.

Bosch makes pro sound gear, oil filters, dish washers, electric tools, tire mounting & balancing machines, telecommunications, fuel injectors............
