Best part is the parents are renters. When the father came home, he walked up to my brother and the neighbor, who they also vandalized and said, "I have to come home to this ****." If I ever did some stuff like this under my parents roof, they would leave me in jail and tell me to find another place to live.

i just had the bumpers, upper rear quarter, part of the drivers door, and strip on top of the windshield painted on my 04 mustang for $825.
Im not going to lie i would have kicked the dads ***. maybe twice because he should have told those little bastards long ago that messing with a mans car is worse then sleeping with his wife.
Does the dad drive a ford or like Mustangs? This would make me think he told them to do it!
On a side note 1400 to paint a front bumper is WAY over priced, 300 a bumper is about what it should be unless all the paint needs to be reomved if so then 600 would be the cost. Your car is going to need a complete repaint to fix the scratches and the swirl marks. i would think 2400 out the door to repair the paint and 1200 for the roof.

Wow...these paint job prices are crazy! I guess like many things in life, it's who you know 
My dealership service manager friend got a dealership body/paint guy to paint my whole car a completely different color "under the table" 
for only $900 labor. Granted, the paint was free somehow...lol, they had a very similar color left over from anther job (2010 Dodge plum crazy) to the color I was wanting (bright purple metallic) so I went with the free paint (no brainer) and me and a friend did all the body prep work sanding the crap out of it for hours before paint. It turned out awesome...not show quality, but not Maaco quality either lmao.

So just a bit of an update, the kid didn't show up for the court date, I guess the public defender worked out some super secret deal, since no body knew about it. The kid is getting charged with 4 felony's (C and D) and some other minor charges. Apparently the public defender told him to plead guilty to the charges we had against him. So they gave him till the end of the year to pay me.
