Default -92 vette lt1 vs -94 trans am lt1?

Whats the physical differences between these two engines?
Found a -92 for a good price and will rebuild it for a blower project. Its going right down in my -94 trans am. I know about the main bolts. But what about opti? Other sensors and can I just transfer the waterpump from the old engine (its new)

other than the 4bolt mains, they have the alternator located differently, and they have a better flowing air intake. Im not entirely sure about the oil pan and cam difference though.

Most significant things are a better flowing intake, exhaust and the 4 bolt mains. There are subtle differences with the cam and the accessory bracket etc. and oil pan.

Ok. I already have milled down an intake for the eaton blower. And use headers as it is. So if i use my old accessory bracket and new oil pan, i would be good to go?

Been out of the loop for kind of awhile, is this a common thing to do now? Pictures/details please?

No im certain its not the right way to go. But ive seen it be done. But theres nothing a mill and weld cant fix. Im not gonna build a monster. Just proove that a blower can be mounted even on newer cars.

Oil pan, windage tray & pickup is different.

Early engine will have the forged instead of powdered metal connecting rods.

Vette has the better 4 bolt mains.
