Code P1361 - Please help. Hey guys i need some help. Overnight my 1997 Firehawk went from running perfect to horrible. Its backfiring, wont rev over 2k rpm. I tried replacing the ICM still running the same. The only thing i can think that may have contributed would be the night before it started running bad Im pretty sure i over reved the engine. But even after that it still ran fine the next 20 miles home but the next morning couldn't even drive it down the street. It wouldn't shut off but was running bad. The following components i have been told can contribute
- ICM
- MSD Coil pack
- MSD coil wire
- MSD Optispark
- Eletric problem
It just seams funny that it just happened over night, is there a way you can throw the optispark off by over reving?
