As stated, you should follow the link provided above. You will read about the performance of a few selected cam profiles.... I would cut.to.the chase and get the CC 503 its a proven performer! The only issue I see is that the stall you have is Not really big enough to maximize any cam and is borderline high enough for.your stock cam....
It will work for mild performance however a 3200 or a 3600 will optimize a number of cam profiles......

Regardless of which cam you choose, these LT1 engines respond very well to a cam change. I's a very rewarding mod and well worth the effort.

I'm running close to the same cam as the CC503 with a little less duration (220), with 1.6 RR, no head work except upgraded valve springs and a 2800 stall. The car has great torque down low and rev's strong to over 6000rpms. With the stall and cam, the car is very streetable. i would recommend the CC503 for a daily driver all day long but for a weekend street/strip car AI and LE offer stronger custom cams.

I still like the Crane 210/224 cam I've run 11.40 116 with it. And i've had a best 60ft of 1.46 with it and a Vig3200. The cam is great for a daily driver because it makes gobs of low end power.

Running 503 here with mac headers, and home poerted heads and .026 head gaskets to bump the compression to what i figure to be 11 to1. Very strong performer from what i was used to.( pretty much stock form with 1.6 rollers) this cam has torque for days, very strong. DO IT! Just my .02
