Floor soaked.
Floor soaked. So iv noticed a smell in the car for about a week now and tonight i was messing with stuff in my glove box when something told me to look under the passenger floor mat, so i did and bam. Floor soaked to the bone. So bad you could see standing water almost. Im rage pissed 
cuz last month i detailed the inside of the car spotless. Iv had the car for over a year now with no issues with rain or leaks. We did have alot of rain last month or so but like i said i detailed the inside and it wasn't there. The liquid didnt have a smell but you could smell a sorta mildew smell. Without fully ruling out some jackass friend spilled something and didnt tell me, what would be the best way to test for a leak and would there be any other cause for water to collect on the passenger side floor? Also whats my best way to clean this without fully taking out the carpet? Atm i took some rags to soak it mostly up and scrubbed it with carpet cleaner i had around the house.

Took the glove box off and the cover. Ran the car for a good while with the heat on then let it cool. Checked everything no coolant smell or any signs of it leaking. Gana check maybe i got a leaking window now :/

Ok found out. If the passenger side window rolls up with the door shut its not sealing all the way. open the door roll the window up then shut the door there's no leaks.
