who has the CM k member from them?

how much does it weigh in total using the factory motor mount pads?

Yes that will be with the stock cast iron stands.

For 93-97 f bodies?

I never weighed my pa racing one but i know I can carry it around with the a arms with two fingers. It is very light.

Without the mount, my PA weighed 19 lbs. Bought it used so I don't know what material it is.

PA Racing makes them with integrated stands as well. I just received a chromoly unit with integrated stands from them today and it is light. It's not listed on their website, so just give Jason a call.
