Default Run/idle problem

I have a 96 Trans am and the check engine light is on for a po122 which is a low throttle position sensor low voltage but when I give it gas it feels like it falls on it face first then the throttle goes up. But when I unplug the mass air flow sensor it idles better and when I give it gas there is no hesitation at all. Could the be a bad tips sensor or mass air flow sensor? I change out the throttle body cuz the old was was bad so the use one I got came with all the sensor on it. But I use the tps sensor that was on my old throttle body and the light is still on after clearing it. Any idea on what it could be?

Have you checked your voltage on the light blue wire of the TPS with the key on, engine off? Should be between .23v and .9v.
