Swapping a 96 M6 trans. and harness into a 94 Z28
A buddy of mine has a 94 Z28 with an A4 that had a bad transmission. I had a donor car that was a 96 Z28 M6, so I swapped the M6 transmission and the wiring harness on to the 94 lt1. So it's a 94 LT1 Camaro, with a 96 M6 and harness, and a 94 PCM. I have everything done other than the wiring of it. The 96 engine harness has 2 connectors on the fenderwell (c100 and c105) and the 94 body harness only has 1 connector, but I can't seem to find pinouts for those, but I'm sure some of the wires need swapped on them.
Looking through the PCM plug pinouts it seems that they're all the same other than the 96 wiring harness has a couple extra wires in extra terminals (crank sensor, etc) so I dont think those should matter with the 94 pcm. The coil plug went from 2 plugs to 1 so I just bought a newer coil, since his had the tip pretty corroded anyways. Other than that I think everything else plugged right in.
Has anyone ever done this before that could give me some insight on what else it takes? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Actually I had about 20 Alldata diagrams open and was trying to figure it out and realized that the harness' are WAY different. I pulled the engine back out tonight, swapped harness' back to the stock, and it fired right up with zero issues. I am going to just have to wire up the m6 connectors.
Thanks anyways guys
