Given that you used junk heads and completely the wrong tuning you did a lot better than I would have expected.

The heads you used only make 396-406fwhp as part of Edelbrock's complete package, why would you buy them when looking for over 400rwhp?

The next step is real tuning not the hypercrap garbage that has been shown to slow down a stock car.

Next time ask questions BEFORE you buy a lot of the wrong parts.

Far as the solid roller idea forget it, just get the thing tuned.

Ultimately the engine is built and in the car so there is no going back. Without any tunning it is definetly leaving some power on the table. I would get it tuned first and see where you stand and if and when your still not satisfied you need to do a search and find the right components to achieve your goals. Some of the parts you used a very questionable and overspending on products that dont produce the power they say they do. But again get it tuned and see where you stand as a tune can possibly meet your goals. My friends pcm4less tune netted 344rwhp and once he decided to take on his own tunning he turned out 411rwhp so you can see how critical tunning is!

The stock fuel pressure regulator is fine for your motor. Before getting ahead of yourself use the search option button and look up builds to see whats out there. Id rec a set of 21* Trickflows ported by LE or AI. That Hypertech tuner is complete crap and waste of time. Find a real tuner locally and have it dyno tuned.

WTF are you addressing the heads for. At this point the ONLY thing he needs to buy is a tune.

I think he also needs to park the car and keep his hands off it till he has the vaguest of clues what he is doing before he goes and blows up whatever few decent parts are in the pile of garbage he accumulated.

You don't fix the AFR at this point with an adjustable regulator, the injectors need to be told to stay open longer by the pcm TUNING TUNING TUNING is what you need.

on anything but a 93 all a AFPR does is ensure it is at the propper pressure.
ditch the Hypertech and get some real tuning. Your set-up is not optimum but it should make more power, just dont expect it to make 400 rwhp.

You said Eagle 383 crank, and nos pistons (this isnt fast and furious, the correct term is "nitrous", NOS is a brand name), and based on your other parts selection Im going to guess you used a cast eagle crank and planned on spraying, probably a stupid huge number too like a 200 shot, so Ill just go ahead and say it --- Your fucked. You need to take a step back and do a search about the parts you selected. Seach "hypertech", "eagle cast crank", "edelbrock" and you will find no positive reviews about any of those products. The cast eagle crank cant handle more than 400 flywheel horsepower, the edelbrock heads and intake flow about stock, and hypertech is the biggest waste of money ever for the 4th gen f body crowd.

Here is just 1 of MANY threads like this about eagle cast stroke cranks

I don't quite understand your poor typing skills, spelling, punctuation, and grammar, but are you saying your fuel pressure was only 17psi? Then yes you have a fuel problem.
