So the hesitation in my LT1 turned into misfire. Sounds like its running on 7 cylinders. I replaced the spark plugs myself. Still doing it. Could it be wires, and I just had a new opti put it. Could a misinstallation be a cause of misfire? im out of ideas.

 

Mine had a miss only when hot. Wound up being a messed up PCM.

 

Replace the wires....I'm surprised you didn't do it while changing with the plugs, if it's still an issue, consider opti replacement
