The current exhaust set up has a summit bullet muffler were the cat was.


If I do away with that and just run a Dynomax bullet dump at the axcel, will it be any louder and be able to hear the cam more?

This video is a cold start, it tames down a bit once warmed up, has the Hotcam.

 

To be honest I wouldn't run a dumped bullet. It will absolutely be MUCH louder. Great way to attract unwanted attention. My advice would be to pick up a cutout. That way you can get loud when you want, and (somewhat with a Borla) sedate when you want to go under the radar. Plus you get the HP benefit of open exhaust when you open the cutout. Should cost about the same too.

But... If you do get rid of the Borla, can I have it

 

Will it be louder? MUCH LOUDER. Will you be able to hear the cam more? Either you want to hear your cam or you want to hear your exhaust lol. All kidding aside, you should be able to hear both but it will be loud and like jewbacca said, unwanted attention is usually around

 

I have Dynomax bullets dumped on my car, i love it but it pisses a lot of people off because its so loud.

What size dynomax bullets are you running?

I do have a cutout, in the video I posted it was Open just going through the summit bullet right were the cat was then straight out the back. When its closed it goes through the bullet and the borla muffler.


What do I need to do to make it sound like yours?

I have SLP Mid length headers into a y-pipe that comes out 3".

 

I have pacesetter long tube headers, with a Summit 3in x pipe kit, in to two 3in Dynomax Bullets.
