34.5* any more does nothing and it starts detonating around 36.....motor LOVES octane....i finally retuned the car after the head work and compression difference and it made another 30 to the wheel in tuning with different fuel.....so take a 10.0x 2 134 in 2000ft DA and add 30rwhp through an unlocked 4800 converter with 11% slippage to it and we will see soon.....

Thanks man!! Another aggressive build underway, your cam is bigger than mine since I switched from 1.6 to 1.5rockers but I'm running more duration.Mine peaked at 6900 so yours may be very close to 7000 or so.A few stages huh lol

put a cage in it...the need for 3 stages REQUIRES a cage unless youre invincible in the case that something goes wrong?

back on topic, safety first!

How are you doing your fuel lines? I did mine with Earl's aluminum fuel line set up, worked really awesome.

I'm running -12 from cell to pump then -10 push lock hose to regulator and carb. Then running -8 push lock for return to cell. However I have used that aluminum line in the past and has worked really well and inexpensive! Ive seen your build thread and gotta say great job!!!!

Yeah thanks! I like your build more though, that power is awesome, when I first read this I didn't doubt it for a second. A friend of mine (the guy that is working on my car now) is building a very nice 396 and he used the EA Performance software which projected numbers on his very close to yours. He thinks it is not possible, I think he's wrong!
