Default Flat top or small dome pistons?

I'm working on building a 383 LT1 with LE Ported 21* Trickflows, 51-52cc chambers, .026 gasket, 6800 RPM, 6" rods. I'm wanting to maximize compression for strictly E85, should I go with flat top pistons or a small dome to further increase compression and why?

Plan on square decking the block, was thinking .030-.035 quench.

Domed pistons constrict airflow and have worse combustion due to poor flame travel. The power you gain with the higher compression could be offset by those drawbacks.

Ok, that's what some things online said about domes, I just wanted to be sure. Since I'm getting a custom LE cam, maybe I'll get more dynamic compression spec'd into the cam.
