It just isnt clear which end of the plug is A or D (Dont know if the Locking Tab is facing Up or Down)! I would make an assumption but that isnt prudent to do when working with electronic parts, lol! I Guess I could just check the resistance of the two end terminals to figure out which has the heating element resistance in there but I dont have my Fluke Meter with me at the moment.

So in this photo, which is A, B, C or D?
