Default worth buying?

I was thinking of adding more bolt ons to the car i have a 95 camaro with pace setter lts and ory with slp loudmouth 1 slp cai race built 4l60e with a small cheap stall ( had no money at time) umi lcas and relocaters panhard and torque arm. I was thinking about getting the tb maf and manifold. I tried searching is the intake manifold worth getting? Or would it be a waste of time without heads and cam and all any input appreciated thanks

Are you saying you're going to pull the intake manifold off just to port it for a larger throttle body on a stock engine? If so then I would say that's too much work for no gain. As for the MAF unless you are exceeding well over 500 flywheel hp then leave the MAF alone. I'm using the stock maf and I'm probably exceeding a little over 500 fwhp.

Spend your money where it will help you more, Like rear end gears or a better stall converter. The intake and throttle body will be up to whatever you can throw at it before they need changed out. Im not saying the stock intake would not benefit from a good cleaning of casting marks or a port.

Okay thanks for the input. I just got a settlement for a car accident i was in so I'm in a good position right now. In you alls opinion is it worth building the 10 bolt rear or better off buying a new rear such as 12 bolt strange or moser. I am looking into them and also parts to build the 10 bolt and the cost difference isn't very much i don't think.

I vote 12 bolt as you have an auto, its more efficient than the 9" and lighter than the dana 60. What are your goals?

Goals for the car I'm not quite sure yet. I know i want a good car for drag but still be able to drive on street. I'm not going to go for world record times or anything like that just want something good to drive around. I know if i get 410s its a lil harsher on street but it is not a daily driver, for the most part it sits in the garage under a cover.
