take the radiator cap off and run the pump... if coolant circulates... it works.

Do you hear it "humming/buzzing" when you turn the key on? You should be able to hear it pretty clearly with the engine off/ignition on. I would double check the wiring....I thought mine went bad but the guy who installed the engine didn't secure the wire properly in the fuse box, I messed with it and plugged it back in and issue was fixed!

It should be wired through a fuseable link with a 15 amp rating. The fuse will blow when the motor goes bad.

It getts hot? Same way you tell if you snapped the WP Drive shaft on a stock pump. You pull the cap and if water is not pumping through the small air bleed you aint moving water

In your absence the LT1 forum has taken an overall nosedive in the average IQ department.

Yeah it looks like it. But I could not keep getting banned for no reason for ever

I noticed the sections I used to post in are all but dead for the most part. I popped back in because some one wanted to get ahold of me

The NW section used to be one of the busiest areas. Since we left is is almost dead. Most have sold off thiere LTx cars or converted.

I still see "fastest Bolt ons' and stuff like that but WTF! The cars are 15 years old! who cares LOL! Build a damn engine and make some real power

Sorry for the Hijack man.

BTW On a good note some of the competition has finaly caught up to us
