Yea, can you hear any ticking or knocking? Is a header primary touching the k member or very close? It could be tapping it when under load causing a false knock. Is it smooth through the whole rpm range? What is your fuel pressure? When was the last time the plugs and wires were replaced and gapped? Since you are staying NA, put in NGK TR55s gapped around .035. It probably has TR6s or BRE7s which are colder meant for nitrous.

Check your toe in at acceleration ride height. If you are not sure, put a floor jack under the front of the car and raise it about 3 inches. Your toe in should be about 1/16" to 1/8". This is a free mod and an important part of the chassis set up.

You do not need any ignition "upgrades" for NA. TR6 is a good place to start on plugs TR55 would likely be too hot if the pistons are flat top and this has some compression.
The toe thing is an interesting point but you have a lot of time and MPH to find before you look at something like that. If it is a street car have it aligned to something you like on the street, maybe you don't gain that last .05 at the track but most of us spend more time on the street than strip.
Is it pulling timing all the time or just occasionally? What are the AFGS doing? If they climb and then go haywire at the top of each gear that is often valve float.
How about the MAP reading VS BARO? You like them to be close at WOT, they will never be exact but withing say 1" or so. I think the MAP location leads to a little Bernoulli Effect because I have seen even monoblade equipped cars "pull vacuum" as seen by the MAP.
