Can you give us a complete rundown of the car?

Forged 355 means nothing if you put unported heads and a stock cam back on it. HP is about airflow and heads and cam are what handle that.

Need alittle more info on your car. But the general rule of thumb is 1mph=10hp at the wheels on the big end. Big horsepower is made with good heads and cam combo's.

What gear you runnin? What's the weight of your car? Rpm range? What wheels/tires are on it? Stick/auto? Details.....details. I have pushed my mph up with the details and no real power added.

I would start looking for some mechanical problems over looking for more power because with those mods you should be running far faster than 109mph.

Better tune maybe?

That's a lot of mods to only be trapping at 109. Lots of guys do that with only bolt-ons and zero weight reductions.

Any info on the heads?
What's with the wide LS?
What's with the exhaust valves?
Have you had it on the dyno yet?

You're running what cam-only 503 cars are running so something seems to be up.

If the heads aren't butchered POS's and everything else is operating properly with good traction, reduced weight and good weather I'd imagine mid to high 11s is very doable.
