Will 15x10 with 5in BS fit on a stock 10 bolt with some grinding of the calipers?

on a stock rear end that backspace will push the tires out past the fenders about 2 inches. I can't help you on the caliper grind question tho.

No you need 7.5 and you will need to grind a little...
