Intake, exhaust (longtubes+catback/cutout), decent to big cam.

Will net you ~340-350 rwhp. ARound 400 at the motor

Standard bolt-ons and a mild cam like a 305 or Hotcam will get you around 350-370 on motor. Go for a bigger cam and heads to hit those kind of numbers at the wheels.

Forget the heads and you'll hit your goal. A well tuned 305 or hotcam can make good numbers without aftermarket heads. longtubes are a must, as is a stall if you've got an auto.

bolt ons and a cam with stock heads I hit 346RWHP

with heads i hit 395 RWHP SAE Corrected and 412 Uncorrected

There was a guy on CZ28.com that hit ~360rwhp with longtube headers and a GM847 cam on stock heads. Installed, headers and a cam would probably run around $1500-$2000, depending on whether you get parts new, used, or a combination of both. You should always plan on spending 1.5 to 2 times what you expect to spend, though. For example, a GM847 cam and headers may get you to 350rwhp, but you may have to get bigger injectors (30# injectors ~$100-$250 depending on where you buy them). For sure, with a cam that big, you WILL need tuning (recommend PCMforless, ~$100-$175 depending on model year).

My car with Hooker longtubes, Crower custom ground cam - 212/219 505/527 w/1.6 on a 110ls, hooker catback and LG cold air made 361 rwhp, 359rwtq and ran a 12.32 @ 112.80. That's with stock heads, stock tb, stock rr and stock gears. The car was tuned very well.

or u could go the cheap route like me....1.6 rrs(pro mag full roller), valve springs, pushrods, new timing chain, cam(224/230 112lsa 545/550 lift, gaskets all for 658.00 shipped from cmotorsports.com...Then my friend ported my heads and I brought them to a buddy at napa who did the valve job.. Jet hot long tube headers 492.00 shipped, and hooker y_pipe 160 so now were at 1300...cutout 50 bucks not even...You could mess around and pay big money for boltons or u could spend your money where you'll feel it. inside the motor... I saw that your car was an auto so u will need a stall toowhich is anywhere from500-800. Put all that on a sticky tire and you got a low 12 sec car
