Default pcm for less wait time

I got a mail order chip when i finshed my engine build last year and have been very pleased with it. Now that I have installed new injectors, throttle body, and put on some new tires I am looking to get a reburn. Unfortunately, I cant get a hold of anyone at pcm for less. I filled out the reflash form on their website a week and a half ago, then called them 2 days ago and left a message. No one is getting back to me! Maybe they're real busy at this time of year? I just want to get my car up and running so that I can drive it to the paint shop and drive it a little before the nice NE weather is done with.

They blow and their cs is worse. Are they busy? Yes Why? No clue
Does Ed Wright still do chips? I'd use him if he does.

I have a bolt-on tune from them in my '93. Does the job and they answered my calls and e-mails right away?

Same here, never had a problem. I emailed them to see when it would ship. I got mine in about 1 1/2 weeks from order date.

Guys with computers why don't you have a cable to flash ur pcm its much faster, cheaper and easier? Chip cars need a burner but even that is easy. Motes has all that you need.

Ive used Ed and pcm for less, Ed no longer dyno tunes but he will get you very close. Pcm for less did my original tune in their driveway. Both companies had good communication.

Hey we are here and running full steam with a guy answering the phones full time. The only time you should not be able to get thru is after hours, at lunch, or when all 3 lines are busy. He call you back if you leave a message. Make sure you leave a number. Seems like half the people forget to leave a number when they call. Which number are you trying to call?
