Recheck the angle. What is it set at and how did you adjust it?

Angle is set at -2 degrees. Adjusted it by putting a wrench on the adjustable nut

Was it like this:


If so, they can be unreliable when trying to measure something as sensitive as a degree or two. I use two digital angle finders. One on the driveshaft and the other on the diff. Works very well. As stated I'd double check your pinion angle.

What wheels do you have on the car? I just went through something very, very similar and it turned out to be a badly machined wheel.

Drive shaft need balanced?? I know mine did, especially after the switch to 4.10s...

No it looked more like a level. The wheels are 2008 corvette 18x10. And yeah it's a brand new drive shaft built for my moser rear end.
