How do you full polish an lt1 intake manifold?

I think a couple of goobers here thing the OP is asking about internal work where I would agree with the majority of the posters and think he means an aesthetic polish on the outside.
Being cast and with so many surfaces the guys telling you go ceramic are on the right track. To sand everything down is going to be hugely time consuming then you will still hit porosity then it will be a nighmare to keep clean, ceramic will be easier. Plus with ceramic there might be a tiny benefit to be had from having the bottom coated to insulate against the hot oil from the lifter valley.
