Please help with bolt sizes

I know this isn't a very technical question but I've tried searching but to no success. I need to know the size of the bolts that bolt down the dash. I can't seem to find mine and I don't just want to use screws, I'd like to find the correct size. Also for those that have block off plates that don't have AC or heat, I need the sizes for nuts n bolts as well as those screws also.

All help is appreciated and I'm sorry if it comes off as a stupid question but I'm trying to put some stuff back together before I bring the car to get repainted.

Again. Any help would be appreciated. I can't seem to even find one of the little bolts. I'm not sure where to look to find it either

The screws with the 7mm heads? or the 13mm Nutts that hold it in a few spots?

The 7mm ones. There's 6 in total, 4 for the top n 2 under the steering colum. I also need the size of the bolts/screws for the block off plate
