I've got enough of that to deal with running the spooled 12 bolt....getting tired of it in a true daily driver. It's extremely loud and clunky and generally ill mannered, but at least I haven't had to worry about spitting out gear teeth in the lil 7.5". Going to a posi and some new gears soon. Do you think the 24mm third gen rear sway bar will be a good compromise upgrade for a dd car?

That is a decent launch for a more "street" oriented rear sway bar but you can still see that driver's side is still lifting the tire higher than the passenger's side so it is still twisting the chassis up a bit. I would think you would still see a pretty good improvement going from your current rear sway bar to a good anti-roll bar.

Thanks for the pic Ellis. I'm going to try to get by with an 89 WS6 24mm rear bar and some tuning of the end links for preload for my 4th gens. This thread has gotten me thinking about a true race oriented bar for my 61. It has never had a rear sway bar of any kind.
