Default LT1 Bored .060 over. Help?

Okay. So until today, I've always thought I had an original stock 350 LT1. I'm a few days into my head gasket job (pass side) and I was cleaning the cylinders and pistons and saw I have .060 pistons. Exactly what does that come out to in cubic inches? I'm guessing 360cui. The piston is stamped with a code saying "H597CP" am I able to determine if the pistons are forged using that? Also what are the advantages of this bore? I know that it'll run hot and leave the cylinder walls paper thin. I'm planning on running nitrous on the engine sometime next spring, what shot would be safe considering the bore? Also, do I need a larger bore head gasket now? Any advice would help, I have my fingers crossed. Thanks guys!

Note: The block is NOT a GM fbody block, it has no VIN number. I found a stamping on the side of the block from a company, I forget the name but I don't wanna get down and under the car tonight to write it down, maybe tomorrow.

A quick google search came up with Sealed Power hypereutectic piston
