Default fresh rebuild heater not working

So I had the motor out of my car for a while and now that winter is here my heater isn't working. 99% sure the vacuum line is connected. The air blows out but its not even warm. Any ideas?

Flush out your heater core. It's probably clogged. But don't use high pressure!

Could be a clogged heater and/or the system has not be completely bled. Especially since one of the hoses to the core sits far higher than the engine and radiator. Possibly a t-stat stuck open as well.

Absolutely. Coolant can tend to coagulate when exposed to air as when the hoses are open when the engine is out.
