Default Can I run on 5 out of 6 flywheel bolts?

All of the the holes have been helicoil'd and one of them is messed up inside there and I cant get it out..what should I do? The other 5 are torqued to 75 ft lbs.

Are you saying the heli-coil is messed up in one of the holes? Do you have the tools to install a new heli-coil in the bolt hole? If so get in the hole with a 90 degree pick and get the end of the heli-coil exposed. Grab the end of the heli-coil with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull it out like stretching a slinky toy.

Don't even try it without all the bolts.
