Default BS3 and LT1, No Cranking RPM

I am working on a BigStuff 3 install in a Camaro with a LT1. I wired it up as per the Optispark wiring diagram that Big Stuff offers. Upon completing the wiring and working on the base map a bit I attempted a quick startup procedure. Cranking resulted in no cranking RPM read out and no spark. I am confused as to what I might have missed. Crank Reference setting is at 6 degrees, and Inductive Delay is at 45 µSec as BS3 calls for. Setting the Ignition Drive and Crank Input Select seem to be out of my control. Am I missing these options? The Manual refers to setting them but the option isn't anywhere in BigComm that I can locate.

This is my first go around with a BS3 system so I am sorry if this is a super basic question. All the searching I have done has just resulted in folks talking about upgrading to a Crank Trigger system in relation to the Optispark equipped LT1 builds.
