Banjo bolt tq spec
Banjo bolt tq spec Anyone got the tq specs? Am I just completely missing the tq spec for the banjo bolts. I must have looked through this list 100x and I still cant see it..lol. I think this build is making me crazy!!! http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/fbody/torquespecs.htm
Do you mean the steam pipe banjo bolts on the back of the heads? My GM factory service manual lists the torque for those bolts as 30 ftlbs with a note to be sure to put a wrench on the steam pipe flats to prevent the pipe from twisting.
I don't know if I would go that tight with them myself, I'd probably see what 20-25 ftlbs felt like and would go from there.
