Default New camaro! New help...

Ok so I got a new camaro. 94 z with 53k 6 m6 for a steel of a price and now I want to mod it slightly.
It has a k&n cold air, borla exhaust, hurst shifter, tower brace bar, 52 mm throttle body, new 4 Bilstein shocks hypertech programmer

But what I plan to do is:
Umi suspension like sway bars, panhard, and subframe connectors
But should I do sways before subframe connectors?

Headers, ory
But I need emission friendly LONG TUBES if I get ones with the air/egr
If I get those with the connections will it still pass emissions as long as I don't get rid of the cat and air/egr
If so what's the better brand between pacesetter and jet hot?
I'm in Arizona btw and they have a sniffer test

Possibly gears
Either 3.90 or 4.11
I will keep the stock 10 bolt for now and does 94z's have auburn posi units or not because i want to use royal purple synthetic fluid for the rear but I heard auburns don't like syn

I'd appreciate your guys help, I have done research but didn't find exactly what I need.

Oh and of course pics!

go for the subfram connectors, i'm ordering mine kind of late in the game haha, but i here it helps keep the car from developing a lot of rattles, and there at most a couple hundred so there not a real bad pocket emptier...

Opening a 10 bolt can be a death sentence for it.
Or it could just blow on its own.

What are the plans for the car?

Subframes should be the first mod on any f body. The hypertech is only good for turning fans on, rev limiter, top speed limiter and adjusting for gear ratio changes. The tune is junk. Don't use it. Not sure on the tune for a 94 but the only thing that matters on emissions is if it passes. You can delete air and egr as long as there are not any codes and it has a cat you should be good. If you are worried about egr and air you can remove/re install for testing. I would use regular gear oil with gm additive instead of that royal purple.

I'll do them but I have read either totally for it as you could definitely feel a more solid car
OR
It just seems like no difference is felt?

What are the plans for the car?
Mostly a DD with some more power and better handling, maybe eventually a heads/cam combo or Ls swap down the road but I'm not going to bother with opening the engine up with only 53k on it so just a bolt on car for now.
Take it to the track now and then but just a fun daily driver.

I wouldn't even waste money on sway bars.
Get

SFC. (Sub frame connectors).
Headers.
Lower control Arms.
(Founders Suspension for LCA, Panhard bar cost like 100 for all)
Mailorder Tune.

I love the design of Midwest chassis subframe connectors, and they have a great price too. Is your car a hardtop or t tops? With t tops I'd recommend sfcs immediately, hard top cars are more rigid and don't REALLY need them yet. Long tubes will be hard to pass the sniffer, as I think looks is the only company right now (please correct me if I'm wrong) to offer a catted y pipe for LTs, and it is way too expensive for these cars IMO. You can do mids with cats, or fab up your own y with cats, and I'm still not sure if you'll pass emissions, someone else chime in. When I first got my car, I was at a gm dealer poking around and saw them taking OFF a catted LT setup off a lt1 Ta, I asked why and they said it was failing emissions in Connecticut. I know CT has some of the strictest emissions tho.

Sell that hypertech garbage. Don't rebuild your 10 bolt, hunt Craigslist and classifieds for one that's already got gears in it, I picked up one with motive 3.73s, eaton HD posi, and ls1 brakes for $200.
