I found my root to all the evil. The damn tps sensor is bad I had the car running and disconnected it and it was like a miracle idled so much smoother revved out faster no popping or anything. Thanks for all the help and input

You didn't find the problem till you replace the TPS and drive it and all works. Till then you found that putting it into a limp mode for no TPS made it run better
