Bad IAC?, video The start of video i'm giving it very little gas then release letting it try to idle.
The very end of the video my foot goes back on the gas very so slightly. Idled better when warm but still not perfect. It was also pretty cold here today.
Straight up stalled on me twice trying to get it warmed up and again after letting it sit for 10 minutes and driving back home. I've also tracked down the vacuum leak this car had and it seemed to idle worse after i fixed it

Seems like it. My bad IAC would cause the car to constantly surge on cold starts every once in a while. I just cycled the ignition a few times and it would be fine for hours.
